WE HAVE CREATED A SERIES OF RETREATS AT A STUNNING LUXURY VENUE SITUATED ON THE MAGICAL ISLAND OF IBIZA.
 
INDULGE IN A 4 NIGHT EXPERIENCE, THAT IS CENTRED AROUND SOULFUL FLOWING YOGA. ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME AS OUR CLASSES ARE RELAXED AND SUPPORTED BY 2 TEACHERS.

The mornings begin with meditation, yoga and breath-work practice to leave you feeling grounded and peaceful for the rest of the day. We welcome you with a complimentary full body holistic massage on arrival - the most heavenly way to begin your retreat. 

 

We really want you to feel supported, so one-to-one wellness check-ins are offered if you want to explore your physical and emotional health. If you would like to go a little deeper and explore any emotional blocks you may have, we can discuss how a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy one-to-one session could help you. 

 

While having the most relaxing time, we also want to make sure that you are well fed! Nutrition is one of the best ways to elevate your sense of wellbeing. You will be nourished with delicious plant-based food, prepared by our skilled chef. Food is most definitely love... 

 

This is your retreat... Mornings start with a light 'help yourself' breakfast around the pool followed by meditation and an inspiring & uplifting vinyasa flow yoga practise. We enjoy a healthy mostly plant-based brunch, then plenty of time to relax by the pool, enjoy a massage or further treatment, sunbathe or simply snooze! We have a light afternoon tea before we come together again in the studio for an evening session of wellness workshops to explore your own path to ongoing self care, with useful take-away tip and tools. Or a deeply satisfying and relaxing breathworkyin or restorative yoga, followed by an al fresco supper under the starry night sky.

Our retreat venue is the stunning & truly unique Can Verru which will be your home for our carefully curated four night retreats, where we’ll dive deep into juicy, soulful yoga led by myself, Susie. I'm the Lead Teacher on the retreats, with additional teaching, wellness coaching and hosting support from Sarah, who has worked closely with me for many years. Between us we have created and coordinated over 100 successful retreats, both of our own and for many international wellness leaders and corporate clients.

THESE FOUR NIGHT RETREATS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO BRING YOU BACK TO YOUR OWN TRUE SENSE OF SELF AS YOU HEAL FROM THE DAY TO DAY PRESSURES OF LIFE AND EASE YOURSELF BACK INTO A PLACE OF CALM, INNER-PEACE, HAPPINESS AND A RENEWED POSITIVITY FOR YOUR ONGOING LIFE.

After all the restrictions we have all been through over the last couple of years our aim is for you to feel free to completely relax and enjoy your time on the island. We will offer optional extras that you can take part in if you want to, but there is no obligation to.

 

This retreat is YOUR time, to rediscover your Glow, and go with the flow - or to simply relax and just BE in this beautiful space.
