The combination of yoga and coaching is especially helpful as your body and mind work together in a synergistic way. This helps you to get to know yourself on a deeper level and discover your inner strength. You have everything you need within you!

COACHING IS GREAT FOR SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY, HELPING YOU TO IDENTIFY YOUR GOALS, ALIGN TO YOUR HIGHER PURPOSE AND STEP INTO YOUR POTENTIAL.

When you work with the body, such as moving and stretching in a yoga class, this physical movement can bring up certain emotions as well. Some may even take you by surprise!

One of the most transformative aspects of yoga is that what we learn about ourselves on the mat, can often be applied to life off the mat. So in a way you take your yoga practice wherever you go!

 

We will work together as a team and you will discover how to improve your relationship with your body, your intuition and your innate wisdom. 

 

Through coaching it becomes easier to realise you are not your thoughts but rather the one listening to them, this helps you to connect and communicate with yourself on a much deeper level.
